How Your Order
Is Actually Made

Eight controlled stages from consultation to courier, each with a defined owner and a documented checkpoint. No black boxes, no surprises.

How We Work

Manufacturing Process

Eight controlled stages, each with a defined owner and a documented checkpoint.

01

Consultation

Share your artwork, specification and quantities. We reply with a detailed quotation within 24 hours.

02

Design

Our designers produce free digital mockups and revise until you approve every detail.

03

Sampling

A physical pre-production sample is made, photographed and couriered for your sign-off.

04

Approval

You confirm fabric, colour, sizing and branding. The approved sample becomes the standard.

05

Production

Cutting, sublimation, stitching and finishing run in-house with milestone photo updates.

06

Quality Inspection

Three-stage inspection: incoming materials, in-line audit and final piece-by-piece check.

07

Packaging

Individual poly-bagging, retail-ready labelling and size-run export cartons.

08

Shipping

Courier booked, documentation prepared, tracking shared the same day it leaves.

Quality Control

Three Inspections Before Anything Leaves Sialkot

Quality is not a final step here — it is checked at three separate points, by three separate people, against the sample you approved.

  • Stage 01 · Incoming — every fabric roll, latex sheet and trim delivery checked for GSM, shade, shrinkage and defects before release to the floor.
  • Stage 02 · In-Line — supervisors audit stitch density, seam alignment, print registration and measurement tolerance during the run.
  • Stage 03 · Final — finished goods checked piece by piece against the approved sample before packing.
  • Third-party inspection (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas) welcome at any stage.
